The Proposed Bristol Day Center For The Homeless In Bristol Virginia And The Coalition Planning It Will Hold Two Public Forums This Month. Each Will Be Conducted In A Moderated Panel Format With An Opportunity For Public Comments And Questions Regarding The Proposed Facility. They Will Be Held January 30Th At Noon And Six At The Bristol Public Library.
