A Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation And Tennessee Comptroller Of The Treasury Joint Investigation Has Led To A Johnson County Board Of Education Transportation Supervisor Being Indicted. 57 Year Old Barry Bishop Allegedly Used His Position To Perform Skills Testing For Commercial Driver’s License Applicants And Collected Nearly 50 Thousand Dollars In Fees But Failed To Give The Funds To The Johnson County Trustee. Bishop Is Charged With One Count Of Theft Over Ten Thousand Dollars And Is In Jail On A 15 Thousand Dollars Bond.
