Newly Elected Mount Carmel Tennssee Alderman Steven Mclain Has Proposed Major Personnel Changes. He Wants To Relieve City Manager Mike Housewright Of His Power To Hire And Fire. Mcclain Also Filed A Separate Motion To Replace Police Chief Grady White With Officer Kenny Lunsford Sr. Both Motions Were Withdrawn At The Request Of Mayor Chris Jones And Could Be Discussed In A Workshop This Month.
