Water Service To Lee County Virginia Public Service Authority Customers In Pennington Gap Virginia Was Temporarily Turned On For One Hour On New Year’s Day. The Water Was Shut Off New Years Eve For Customers In The Big Hill And Miller-Smyth Chapel Areas Due To A Dispute Over Water Prices Between The County PSA And The Town Of Pennington Gap.
