The Virginia Woman Whose Felony Child Abuse Conviction In Her Five Year Old Son’s Septic Tank Drowning Death Was Reversed Has Had Five Years Of Probation Taken Off Her Sentence. 34 Year Old Ashley White Had Been Convicted Of Three Felonies In 2016 Including One Charge Related To The Death Of Noah Thomas. White Appealed That Charge And Was Cleared In September 2017. White’s Sentence Was Amended To Ten Years Probation.
