A Fight At The Washington County Tennessee Jail Has Left One Inmate Hospitalized. Joseph Lockner Was Found Unresponsive In His Cell With Officers Responded To An Altercation. Lockner Remains Hospitalized And On Life Support At This Time. The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation Is Looking Into The Circumstances Surrounding The Incident.
