The City Of Kingsport Has Hired A Consulting Firm To Do A Feasability Study For A New 12-Million Dollar Minor League Baseball Stadium. The Facility Would Feature At Least 35-Hundred Seats And Would Be Built At Brickyard Park On The Old General Sahel Property Off Industry Drive. Sterling Project Development Will Do The Research For 95-Thousand Dollars.
