The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office Is Searching For A Man Accused Of Shooting A Handgun At A Woman. 55 Year Old William Carter Is Wanted On A Charge Of Attempted First-Degree Murder. He Was Last Seen Fleeing On Foot Into Some Woods Near A Home On Cox Hollow Road Where The Incident Took Place. Carter Was Not Able To Be Located With An Immediate Search. Anyone With Information Should Contact Police.
