The Russell County Virginia Sheriff’s Office, Along With Both Bristol Police Departments And Kingsport, Have Received Reports Of The Counterfeit Bills Showing Up In Cash Registers Across The Mountain Empire. The Bills Have Distinct Large Pink Or Red Chinese Letters Or Symbols That Can Be Easily Spotted.
