Mount Carmel Police Have Arrested A Man Wanted For Attempted Murder In Kingsport. Police Chief Grady White Said Officers Stopped A Vehicle And Found Mark Harold In The Passengers Seat. Harold Was Wanted For Attempted Second Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault And Felony Reckless Endangerment. He Will Be Arraigned This Morning In General Sessions Court In Kingsport.
