The Names Of Three People Killed In A Wise County Crash Have Been Released. 60 Year Old Fred Russell Of Kentucky Died At The Scene When His Vehicle Ran Off U.S. Route 23 Flipped Several Times, Striking Another Vehicle. Two Passengers In The Other Vehicle, 54 Year Old Pamela Stanley And 53 Year Old John Stanley Were Taken To The Hospital Where They Both Died From Their Injuries. The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
