Kingsport Leaders Have Decided To Move Main Street Poles. The Change Calls For The Poles To Be Moved To The Other Side Of The Street At A Cost Of 2.2 Million Dollars. The Move Will Take Place Along With The Five Million Dollar Main Street Improvement Project That Is In The Works.
