A Teenager Charged In The Shooting Death At Hog Wild Saloon Earlier This Year Has Plead Not Guilty. William Newkirk Is Accused Of Shooting Brett Rogers March 2nd At The Kingsport Nightclub. Rogers Died From His Injuries At An Area Hospital. Newkirk Is Scheduled For Another Hearing January 31st 2019.
