The ORV Bait Distribution Program Is Part Of Management Activities To Prevent The Spread Of The Rabies Virus, Mostly From Raccoons. Approximately 126 Thousand Baits Will Be Dispersed In Urban And Suburban Areas Such As The Cities Of Bristol And Abingdon. If You See Baits You Are Ask To Leave Them Undisturbed, But If Contact Occurs Immediately Rinse The Contact Area With Warm Water And Soap.
