He Wants To Increase Enrollment, Improve International Student Numbers And Attack The Opioid Epidemic That’s Hurting Our State Each Year. Noland Said ETSU’s Partnership With Ballad Health Could Play A Vital Role In Helping Alleviate The Opioid Problem. Noland Also Discussed Capital Projects Including The Mary B. Martin School For The Arts Which Is Set To Be Completed By Next Winter.
