According To The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office A Call To A Home In Kingsport About A Young Child Running Around The Backyard Unattended Led To The Arrest Of The Childs Mother. 38 Year Old Holly Hamilton Was Found Passed Out On The Floor Of The Home. When Officers Woke Her She Appeared Very Erratic And Her Speech Was Slurred. Hamilton Gave Officers Consent To Search The Home Where They Found Methamphetamine And Paraphernalia In The Bedroom The Child Was Located In. Hamilton Is Charged With Schedule II Drug Violations, Unlawful Paraphernalia, Child Abuse And Neglect. Her Bond Has Not Been Set.
