A Man Accused Of Firing A Gun And Fleeing The Scene Of A Car Crash In Johnson City Over The Weekend Will Be Arraigned Today In General Sessions Court. 39 Year Old Mike Thomas Is Charged With Three Counts Of Felony Reckless Endangerment, Two Counts Of Being A Convicted Felon In Possession Of A Firearm, Two Counts Of Possessing A Firearm While Under The Influence And DUI. Witnesses Told Police That After The Crash, Thomas Got Out Of His Vehicle, Grabbed A Rifle And Fired A Shot In An Unknown Direction. He Then Fled The Scene But Was Apprehended A Short Time Later. The Rifle Was Found In A Nearby Bush. Thomas Is Being Held On An 84-Thousand Dollars Bond
