In Day Four Of The Capital Murder Trial Of A Greene County Man, The Prosecution Has Rested It’s Case. Erick Jones Is Accused In The Murders Of Two Sisters, Kynsleigh Easterly And Trinity Tweed. Testimony On An Autopsy Revealed The Girls Died Due To Severing Of The Spine. After The State Rest It’s Case, The Defense Called For A Motion Of Acquittal. The Judge Overruled The Motion And Said The Trial Will Continue. The Defense Is Not Expected To Present its Argument. If Convicted Jones Could Face The Death Penalty.
