East Tennessee State University President Dr. Brian Noland Wants The Campus To Be At The Forefront Of A Movement For Trauma-Informed Care In Behavioral Health. Noland, Along With Professionals From A Wide Range Of Fields, Traveled To Washington D.C. For A One-Day Forum Recently Hosted By The Substance Abuse And Mental Health Services Administration. Noland Said He Wants The University To Be Better At Understanding Students. He Plans To Work With Administrative Staff To Present An Outline In The Near Future.
