The Johnson City Development Authority Board Of Directors Has Voted To Buy The John Sevier Building For 4.1 Million Dollars, Included In The Purchase Agreement Is A Plan To Relocate The Residents In The Complex Within Two To Three Years. Board member, Dianna Cantler Told WJHL, The First Priority Is With The Residents, To Build Quality Safe Affordable Living For Them. After Relocation Of The John Sevier Residents, The JCDA Will Seek Developers To Redevelop The Property.
