A Man Wanted For Attempted Murder After Walking Out Of A Local Hospital Last Month Has Turned Himself In To Authorities. According To Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Investigators, Dayton Stout Was Officially Arrested On September 6th. Stout Was Slated To Be Arrested For Attempted First Degree Murder After Reportedly Confronting A Neighbor Over A Dispute, But He Allegedly Ripped Out His Iv And Walked Out Of The Hospital. He Was Not Under Supervision Because Charges Had Not Been Placed At The Time. Stout Faces Charges Of Attempted First Degree Murder, Possession Of A Firearm During A Felony, And Aggravated Assault. He Has Made Bond And Been Released, His Next Court Date Is Set For November 19th.
