A Washington County Tennessee Criminal Court Judge Has Words Of Advice For Law Enforcement Officers When It Comes To Appearing For Their Grand Jury Subpoenas. Judge Lisa Rice Warned She Will Put Them In Jail In They Fail To Show Up. There Had Been A General Agreement That When An Officer’s Work Schedule Doesn’t Coincide With Grand Jury Days, Then Their Case Is Handed Off To Another Officer To Present To The Grand Jury. But A Problem Occurred This Week When Several Officers Failed To Show Up. Judge Rice Made It Clear It Will Not Happen Again.
