A Two Vehicle Crash In Tazewell County Virginia Has Left One Person Dead. It Happened On Route 16 Near Plum Creek. According To Virginia State Police, A Vehicle Was Traveling North When It Crossed The Center Line And Hit A Honda Shadow Motorcycle Head-On. The Motorcyclist, 55 Year Old Glenn Muncy, Was Pronounced Dead At The Scene. The Driver Of The Vehicle Was Not Hurt. Charges Are Pending Against The 18 Year Old Driver.
