Nokia Is Proposing Broadband Possibilities To The Greeneville Light And Power Board. The Company Wants To Create An Ultra-High-Speed Broadband Internet Experience For That Area. Just Over 14-Thousand Homes And Businesses Would Have Access Before The System Would Expand The Service Area. It’s Expected To Cost Just Under 38-Million Dollars Will Initially Be Spent To Get The Project Started. Greeneville Light And Power Has Taken No Action And Will Meet September 24th To Discuss The Idea Further.
