A Hawkins County Man Is Facing Multiple Charges After The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigation Found Evidence He Operated An Investment Scheme. 63 Year Old Kim Alley Allegedly Operated A Scheme In Which He Solicited Investors For A Foreign Exchange Venture. Authorities Also Said He Misused The Money Obtained By Investors, By Keeping A Portion Of It For Personal Use. The Tbi Also Stated Alley Was Not A Licensed Financial Adviser In The State Of Tennessee. He’s Been Charged With One Count Of Theft Over Sixty Thousand Dollars, And Two Counts Of Unlawful Business Transaction. He’s Being Held On A 75 Thousand Dollars Bond.
