Two Florida Residents Accused Of Illegally Skimming Credit Card Numbers From Gas Station Customers Throughout Southwest Virginia And North Carolina Have Been Sentenced In U.S. District Court In Abingdon. Yunior Torres-Blanco Was Ordered To Serve Three-And-A-Half Years In Prison And 22 Year Old Ynaisel Garcia Was Sentenced To Three Years In Prison. Both Defendants Previously Pleaded Guilty To One Count Of Aggravated Identity Theft And One Count Of Credit Card Fraud. Prosecutors Said They Stole The Identities Of Hard Working Virginians And Caused Tens Of Thousands Of Dollars In Financial Loses.
