The State Health Commissioner Has Suspended New Admissions To A Greeneville Nursing Home. Ballad Health’s Laughlin Healthcare Center Was Ordered Not To Admit New Residents Based On Conditions Found During A Complaint Survey Conducted In July. The Facility Has Also Been Fined Six Thousand Dollars. Violations Were Found In The Administration, Performance Improvement, And Nursing Services Areas. The Tennessee Department Of Health Said The Order Will Remain In Place Until Conditions Have Been And Continue To Remain Corrected.
