A Wise County Virginia Judge Has Ruled That Commonwealth Attorney Chuck Slemp Proved That Jeffrey Rolen Violated The Terms And Conditions Of His Bond By Being In The Presence Of Unrelated Minor Children. Rolen Is The Former Head Of Camp Bethel Ministries And Is Facing Ten Counts Of Taking Indecent Liberties With A Minor By A Person In A Supervisory Position. However, The Judge Decided Prosecutors Failed To Show That Rolen’s Bond Should Be Revoked Or That He Should Be Denied Bail. Judge John Kilgore Did Rule That Rolen Will Remain On House Arrest Until His Trial December 3rd. A Motions Hearing Is Set For September 6th.
