The Board Claims Dennis Brooks Violated Two Rules, As The Book Represented Both A Conflict Of Interest And Prejudice To The Administration Of Justice. Brooks Was The Lead Prosecutor In The 2015 Trial Of Barbara And Janelle Potter. They Were All Convicted Along With Barbara Potter’s Husband Marvin Potter In The Shooting Deaths Of Billy Payne And Billie Hayworth. Jenelle Claimed The Couple Harassed Her And Unfriended Her On Facebook.
