The Tennessee Court Of Criminal Appeals In Knoxville Has Ruled That A Truck Driver Who Is Serving Life In Prison For Three Killings Should Get A New Hearing. An Attorney For Sean Patrick Goble Argued That Dna Swabs Taken From Brenda Kay Hagy Were Not Compared To His Genetic Profile. The Court’s Opinion Said That Goble Argued That If The Swabs Were Tested, The Results Would Show He Didn’t Kill The Victim. He Confessed To The Slaying Of Hagy In 1995 At A Truck Stop In Baileyton And Then Dumping Her Body In Virginia. He Also Confessed To Killing Two Other Women. A New Court Date Will Have To Be Set.
