The Justice Department Said Brian Leo Snow Plead Guilty To Filing A Fraudulent Multi-Million Dollar Lien Against A Government Employee And Filing A False Claim For A Tax Refund. All The Officials Had Been Involved In Trying To Collect Snow’s Back Taxes. Snow Owes The IRS Over 150-Thousand Dollars In Taxes. He Faces Up To 15 Years In Prison When He’s Sentenced November 28th.
