A Las Vegas Man Is The 31st Person To Be Sentenced In U.S. District Court In Abingdon Virginia In The Operation Leaving Las Vegas Drug Bust. 57 Year Old Richard Kayian Was Found Guilty Last November To One Count Of Conspiracy To Distribute 500 Grams Of Methamphetamine And Oxycodone And One Count Of Money Laundering. He Was Sentenced To 27 Years In Federal Prison And Ordered To Pay Over 743-Thousand Dollars In Restitution. Investigators Said Kayian Was Responsible For Recruiting Distributors For A Drug Trafficking Organization And Sent Large Amounts Of Drugs To The Abingdon And Glade Spring Areas. 31 Defendants Have Entered Guilty Pleas Or Have Been Found Guilty.
