A Two Vehicle Crash In Tazewell County Virginia Has Left Two People Dead. According To Virginia State Police, A Car Driven By 32 Year Old Jeffrey Vance Of Cedar Bluff Crossed The Center Line And Struck Another Vehicle Driven By 20 Year Old Brandon Patterson Of North Tazewell Head-On. Authorities Said Both Men Died At The Scene. Neither Man Was Wearing A Seat Belt. The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
