A Single Vehicle Crash In Washington County Virginia Has Claimed The Life Of An Abingdon Man. According To Virginia State Police, 53 Year Old Steven Wise Died At The Scene Of The Crash On Black Hollow Road. Police Said The Car Was Traveling Eastbound When It Went Off The Road And Struck A Tree On The Driver’s Side. Police Said He Was Not Wearing A Seat Belt. The Crash Remains Under Investigation.
