Two Assisted Living Facilities In Castlewood Virginia Have Been Cited For Multiple State Violations And Have Failed Inspections Over The Past Five Years. The Guardian Angel Living Facility And The Dickensonville Rest Home Were Raided This Week. Records Show Guardian Angel Failed Compliance With State Licensing Regulations During Six Of Its Last Ten Inspections Since 2013. The Facility Responded To The Violations With Plans To Correct The Problems. The Dickensonville Rest Home Allegedly Had Compliance Failures In 16 Of 21 Inspections Since 2013. The Facility Has Reportedly Failed To Keep Patient Rooms Fully Furnished, Warm Enough And Beds Sanitary. The Nursing Home Also Responded Each Time With Plans To Do Something About The Problems. Authorities Aren’t Releasing Any Information On The Most Recent Raids.
