Some Lee County Virginia Residents Are Able To Keep Water Service Thanks To A Judge Granting A Motion Preserving Water Connections To The Homes. An Emergency Court Hearing Was Called To Settle A Rate Dispute Over The Water For The Residents Of The Big Hill And Millers-Smyth Chapel Communities. The Town Of Pennington Gap Put Customers On Notice Their Water Could Be Shut Off This Week Due To A Lack Of Payment And Contract Infractions By The Psa. But PSA Officials Have Said They Have Paid The Bills, But Disputes New Rates Instituted By The Town Last Year. This Leaves Many Residents Worried If They Will Continue To Have Water. The Case Is Set To Be Back In Court Next Month.
