The City Of Kingsport Has Plans To Spruce Up The CSX Bridge Over Wilcox Drive. The Proposal Includes Repainting It And Putting The Word Kingsport On The Eastman Side Of It. Funding Will Come From The AEP Franchise Fee Fund. It’s Unclear When The Work Will Be Done.
