Murder Charges Are Pending Against A Scott County Virginia Man Who’s Wife Was Found Dead In Their Home On Charleston Street This Past Weekend. 43 Year Old Jason Borders Has Waived Extradition Back To Virginia. Commonwealth Attorney Dan Fellhauer Said The Medical Examiner Believes 41 Year Old Eva Borders Died From Strangulation. He Said His Office Is Making Decisions On All Charges Jason Borders Will Face, Including Murder. He’s Currently Charged With Felony Abduction, Child Neglect And Assault On A Child. They Were Brought After A Distressed Juvenile Was Found In The Residence With The Deceased. An Investigation Is Still Continuing Into The Woman’s Death And The Possible Motive.
