The Victim Was An Alter Boy At The Time. The Three Member Appellate Court Concluded That The Post-Conviction Court Erred In Dismissing Casey’s Claims Of Ineffective Assistance Of Counsel At Trial And On Appeal Without Conducting An Evidentiary Hearing. His Attorney, Frank Santore Jr. Said Its Good News, But Doesn’t Mean Casey Will Be Granted A New Trial.
