He’s Charged With First Degree Murder In The Shooting Death Of 20 Year Old Brett Rogers Who Died From A Gunshot Wound In The Hog Wild Saloon On West Stone Drive March 2nd. Another Person Was Wounded In The Incident But Is Expected To Recover. Newkirk Has A Transfer Hearing Set For June 16th, In Which A Judge Will Determine He He Will Be Tried As An Adult.
