The Tennessee Supreme Court Has Reinstated The Law License Of A Hawkins County Juvenile Court Judge. The License Of Judge Daniel Boyd Was Suspended Earlier This Year After He Violated Three Rules Of Professional Conduct Related To Admitted Dishonesty In His Private Law Practice. Sessions Judge Todd Ross Served As Juvenile Judge During Boyd’s 120 Day Suspension. Boyd Has Agreed To Accept Three Years Of Probation And Submit To Additional Training In The Areas Of Ethics And Or Management Of His Law Practice.
