According To An East Tennessee State University Discrimination And Harassment Complaint Investigation, A Tenured Professor Could Face Problems After An Internal Investigation. Associate Professor And Accountancy Department Assistant Chair Dr. Anthony Masino Allegedly Created A Hostile Environment And Retaliated Against A Woman He Started Dating While She Was A Student In His Class. The Investigation Revealed That Dr. Masino Violated Policy And Should Be Held Accountable. He Remains On Faculty And Has Not Been Suspended. His Attorney Don Spurrell Reportedly Will Appeal The Findings. He Has Ten Days In Which To Do So.
