The Carter County Sheriff’s Office Said A Man Drowned Over The Weekend Near Wilbur Dam. Authorities Said A Husband And Wife Were Fishing At The Dam When The Wife Got Into Deep Water. The Husband And Some Bystanders Went To Help Her And That’s When Her Husband Went Under And Drowned. The Investigation Is Continuing.
