Ballad Health CEO Alan Levin Said Although The Newly Formed Health Care Company Reduced Its Workforce By 150 People, Mostly Administrative Positions, Last Month, It Has Hired 255 New Graduate Nurses. Levin Tweeted, This Means About 150 Net New Jobs Have Been Added. Ballad Health Eliminated Duplicative Jobs Including Senior-Level Executives, Middle Management And Front Line Team Members. Those Were In Addition To 49 Empty Positions That Were Already Eliminated Through Attrition. It’s Estimated The Region Would Have Lost A Thousand Jobs Had Wellmont And Mountain States Not Merged.
