An Investigation Is Continuing Into An Industrial Accident At Specialty Tires Of America In Unicoi, That Left A Johnson City Man Dead. Sheriff Mike Hensley Said The Worker, Ben Shew, Was Killed When A Piece Of His Clothing Apparently Became Entangled In A Conveyor. Shew Was Pronounced Dead At The Scene. The Accident Was The Third Industrial Work Site Fatality In The Johnson City Area In The Past Two Months.
