The Bristol Virginia School Board Has Decided To Accept Proposals From Two Firms To Build A New Elementary School In The City. The Bids Were Submitted By S.B. Ballad Construction Of Virginia Beach And Ja Street And Associates Of Blountville. The City Wants To Construct A Consolidated School On City-Owned Land Adjacent To The Existing Van Pelt Elementary. School Officials Hope To Have The Review Process Completed By The Summer And City Leaders Deciding On It Later This Year.
