Bristol Virginia Leaders Are Set To Host A Public Hearing Tomorrow For The Fiscal 2018-19 Operating Budget. This Will The Public To Have Input On The Proposed 68-Million Dollar Spending Plan. It Calls For Eliminating Ten Full-Time City Positions, Including One From The Police Department, Two From Fire, Four From Streets And Three From Parks And Recreation, All Of Which Are Currently Vacant. No Pay Raises For City Employees Are Included In The Budget. The Hearing Will Be Held At Virginia High School’s Auditorium At 6pm.
