A Kingsport Man Accused Of Killing His Wife Earlier This Year Has Been Appointed A Public Defender And Has Had His Bond Increased. Randall Neece Is Charged With First Degree Murder In The Strangulation Death Of Lakeesha. Authorities Said He Allegedly Tried To Smother His Wife With A Shower Curtain In January At Their Home In The Rock Springs Area. He Then Allegedly Strangled Her With An Electric Cord And Called 911 To Report She Was Dead. Neece’s Bond Has Been Raised To 400-Thousand Dollars. He’s Set To Be Back In Court On May 21st.
