Work Is Underway For A New 460-Thousand Dollar, One Thousand Square Foot Expansion Of The Kingsport Public Library. The Colonnade On The Courtyard Side Of The Library Will Be Enclosed To Create A New Teen Section And Provide Room For A New Periodicals Area. Construction Should Begin This Month And Will Take About Three Months To Complete.
