School Resource Officers From The Carter County Sheriff’s Office Will Host A Special Program Later This Week That Teaches Students In County Schools About Recycling And Littering. The Clean Teens Program Involves High School Students Developing Skits Themselves With Assistance From Mentors About The Importance Of Recycling And Littering. Program Days Are Today At Central, Happy Valley And Keenburg Elementary Schools. The Next Program Will Take Place On Tuesday, April 10th At Hunter, Unaka, And Valley Forge Elementary.
